Downtown Berkeley’s Comal has, since opening in 2012, graced virtually every “Best of the Bay Area” restaurant list. Serving inventive, upscale Mexican cuisine in a modern setting, this is a restaurant not to be missed on your next East Bay dining adventure. We’ve worked with Comal to develop their menu system, special event graphics, and brand identity for their newest take-out venture, Comal Next Door.

We designed this poster to commemorate Comal’s 5th anniversary in 2017. The shapes were inspired by the circular fire pit and wood stump stools.
